About this car
The Series 1 fixed-head coupe debuted in 1961 with a 3.8-litre XK inline-six, later enlarged to 4.2 litres in 1964. Enzo Ferrari reportedly called it the most beautiful car ever made. Its monocoque body, independent rear suspension, and 150 mph top speed were exceptional for the price.
