The BMW M5 E60 (2005–2010) is one of the most audacious super-sedans ever built, powered by the S85 5.0-litre naturally aspirated V10 engine derived from BMW's Formula 1 programme, producing 507 hp at a screaming 7,750 rpm redline. Mated to a 7-speed SMG III automated manual gearbox, it was the world's most powerful naturally aspirated production sedan at launch.
