About this car
The Karmann-built Type 1 Cabriolet shared its air-cooled flat-four with the Beetle sedan but offered open-top motoring. By the mid-1970s it ran a 1600cc engine producing around 44–48 hp. It outlived the saloon and became the last air-cooled Beetle sold in Germany.
