About this car
The Alfa Romeo P3 Tipo B, designed by Vittorio Jano, was the first purpose-built single-seater Grand Prix car. Powered by a 2.65-litre supercharged straight-eight producing around 215 hp, it dominated the 1932 season under Tazio Nuvolari and Rudolph Caracciola.
