About this car
Europe's first turbocharged production car, the 2002 Turbo used a KKK-boosted 2.0-litre four-cylinder pushing 170 hp into the rear wheels. Built only 1973–74, its aggressive chin spoiler bore the reversed "turbo" lettering — scandalous enough that BMW removed it under public pressure.
