About this car
The R230-generation SL 63 AMG, introduced in 2008, replaced the supercharged SL 55 with a naturally aspirated 6.2-litre AMG V8 producing 525 hp. It featured AMG's SPEEDSHIFT MCT 7-speed gearbox and was the flagship performance roadster before the R231 successor arrived.
