About this car
The R232 SL revives the roadster as a proper AMG product for the first time, developed entirely in-house by AMG rather than Mercedes passenger cars. It gains a rear seat for the first time since the R107, rides on an all-aluminium platform, and uses a 4.0-litre twin-turbo V8.
