Built by Karmann in Osnabrück, the Type 1 Cabriolet ran alongside the Beetle saloon for three decades. The 1975-era example carries the 1.6-litre air-cooled flat-four producing around 44 hp. Its open-top charm and hand-finished hood made it markedly pricier than the standard sedan.
